Maurizio Crupi at CIRAD research seminar

On 17th May 2019, ESR 4 – Maurizio Crupi presented some preliminary findings of his work at an internal research seminar organized by CIRAD – UMR Innovation, a French agricultural research and international cooperation organization based in Montpellier.

Maurizio delivered a presentation titled “Traditional know-how between PDOs and PGIs“, focusing on the qualitative analysis of the link to origin, in particular on the difference between the two quality schemes.

Professors and researchers from BOKU (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna) and the University of Florence animated the debate, giving important inputs on the next steps to follow.
