ESR8 presented the progress of her research at the IGIR Lunch Seminar held at Maastricht University on 21 February 2019.

Naina discussed her research framework and preliminary findings regarding the factors that may influence the pharmaceutical patent quality in Europe. She also discussed the preliminary empirical evidence including the preliminary results from a case-study of a pharmaceutical CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) where she spent a month interviewing various experts.

Her findings provide a basic foundation from which the later chapters of her thesis can build upon.
